Karate is a  Full body workout ...

A good workout  influenced  Joints, tendons and muscles positive. We practice Shotokan Karate and  always strive to create a balanced training for adults.  Concentration, elasticity, speed, endurance and vitality are promoted as well as coordinative skills and balance. By  regular practice  will also be the  Self-defense promoted.

... but not only

Karate is more than a sport. Karate can also be an attitude towards life and a philosophy, in the spirit of Budo. In addition to sportiness, inner peace, serenity and personality are also positively influenced.
